Environment conscious soldier

Lt Col Archana Patel is a serving army officer, a mother of two beautiful daughters and an environment conscious person. She is enthusiastic cyclist who got associated with the great initiative The Atulya Ganga courtesy Lieutenant General Alok Singh Kler. She participated in the cyclothon in the mountain stretch from Gangotri to Rishikesh.

The Journey started initially with adventure which gradually moved to pious cause of rejuvenation of dying Ganga and save it from plastic and excretion. The five Ps of Atulya Ganga has already sparked the desire to be environment conscious wherever they are located.

The interaction with all concerned authorities and students all along the route ensured that they were made to think of Ganga and how it’s state changes from origination to culmination.
