Col Manoj Keshwar (founder – MANKSA) stepped out of uniform after command of his Regiment ( a Victoria Cross Regiment), to pursue a passion of his life … Road Tripping around the world.

After voluntary retirement from Army, Mike did an Executive Global Business Management
Program from IIM Lucknow followed by a year as HR Head of McDonalds (North & East).

Mike then moved on from the corporate to raise his passion start-up Viktorianz, a bespoke
Adventure Travel Company focused on adventure road trips and treks around the world.

His adventure travel company of about 6 years, has grown rapidly to run road expeditions in
19 countries covering Indian subcontinent, South East Asia, Europe and ANZ Region. He
leads a crack team of Ride Captains, who have decades of road trips experience to conduct
motorcycle operations within a Geography and trans-border.

Their recent landmark 53 day, 22000 kms, road trip from India to London has been the talk
of town in road trips circle.

The causes of Martyrs and Veterans is at the heart of Mike, and he regularly contributes to them. He leads a ride to a battlefield each year to pay homage to the Martyrs … They did Kargil last year and a ride to Rezangla War Memorial this year.
